Learning to trade in options

I am keen to learn trading options and am wondering if anyone knows what's the best way to learn this.

I am a bit suspicious about the advertisements in the ST over-promising too much.

Does anyone have a honest and practical approach to recommend? Are there any practical approaches that you suggest?

Thanks.

The best way is to keep losing your monies until you learn how not to lose your money.

Don't play with options. It is like buying/selling minibonds.

if you need to take courses from other people , then you better off letting professionals manage your money. just listen to cnbc will do.
