Same like Holland - Bukit Timah GRC they went to carve out Nassim Rd, Coronation Rd, vicinity of Jalan Jelita and parts of Newton to Tanjong Pagar not realizing the amazing transformation of Dr Chee Soon Juan.
Yesterday, I was surprised to hear that Nassim Road, and the neighbourhood near the old SU Bukit Timah campus is not part of Holland-Bukit Timah, but part of Tanjong Pagar.
It is unreal, because that area is definitely a very desirable and wealthy neighbourhood, and therefore, should be part of Holland-Bukit Timah.
A lot of other organisations got to be cleansed of the pus, rot and corruptions injected by PAPs.
Especially the law courts and the media

If you are thinking of property value then the label of HBT does not really matter. It is the postal districts and whether the landed area is designated a good class bungalow area that is key. In this regard, Nassim Road is D9, super prime good class bungalow area. As for the old university BT campus area, think it is D11, considered prime good class bungalow area.
But the polling boundaries are indeed confusing because even Holland Village and parts of Holland Road and Sixth Avenue come under TP which is ridiculous.
I believe that my friend is near Jalan Harum (or Harong) Setangkai, and the street leading to the old rear gate of the Botanical Gardens (Dalvey Road??).
I used to alight from the bus on Ferrer Road, and take a short cut through that street, on the way back to Raffles Hall.
