If anyone organises the collections of donation from a foreign source on behalf of Roy or if Roy specifically targets foreign donors rather than a mass appeal, it will comes under excuse of national security and we are talking about ISA, lim kopi with ISD especially if it is an organiser that takes pain to hide himself or remain in the background. It goes towards toppling an elected govt. Sure detention. GD and I will organise family visits.

Actually my thinking is that its too late for Pinky to stop. He could have stop at the 5000 offer but did not. 1) The legal cost of the plaintiff for which Roy did not offer an amount
2) The damages sought for the defamation for which $5K was considered derisory
3) The aggravated damages
Roy has admitted to the defamation and apologised. So 1 and 2 were pretty much up to the judge after hearing argument from both sides. Its No 3 that is contentious as he claims that those actions are protected by the constitution.

Very slim chance of that happening. This was the tall man's initiative to bring the bloggers to heel and the tall man wants to see this through. Father is ga-ga and stuck in a time loop as if Singapore is still the late 80s/early 90s. The rest who are somebody are keeping quiet and taking cover - no one wants to be drawn into the mess.
