Kong Hee's living the high life cannot be compared with the MIW. Those MIWs are probably holding high flying jobs before they are called to join the PAP. So, there got to be a reasonable monetary incentive for them to switch from their high paying secular jobs to go to work in a government ministry.

Sun Ho is unquestionably a good singer. She should have worked with Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin or even Hillsong to compose music and sing for the Christian audience.

But she went for the secular line - to become the next Lady Gaga.

Honestly, not only I but many people have no idea how China Wine is related to the gospel story. The closest link is that of Jesus turning water to wine at the wedding at Cana... but that miracle is not talking about wine, but the miraculous power and working of God through Jesus.
