Penang Place is for you to makan buffet. The dessert selection is amazing. If you have a good appetite it is worth it.
But I haven't been there in a while, prices must have skyrocketed due to hyperinflation.

Penang Place CKT tastes good but is halal. They must have special ingredient.

For the other hawker centres, it's all a matter of demand and supply, and the demographics nearby. Some hawker centres half of the stalls are Muslim food (Seah Im, Haig Road), a few hawker stalls only have one row of or just a few Muslim stalls.
