Last news I've read is after Russia's ultimatum for Azov's surrender on Saturday, Zelensky vowed in the safety of his office in kiev that the remnant forces would fight to their death. In Zelensky's short video he was visibly high (likely coked out). Bombing didn't take place upon deadline because the Azov wanted to surrender and a secret negotiation with Russian command is ongoing.
Interesting if true. This would be like Gen Friedrich Paulus surrendering to Russia at the failed Stalingrad siege. The Russians obviously want the Avoz (and Nato consultants) alive and Zelensky wants them dead
