I would have sold the vadai at $2 a piece. Most of the finger food at bazaars go for easily $2.50 at least. The vadai keling is not a good towkay.

The root of all this unhappiness is the high rental. Slash it by 70% and made available only to first come first serve basis and unable to sublet and you will nip the problem in the bud. Leave it for open bidding and letting successfl bidders sublet you will have this problem year in year out. Same for the CNY bazzaar.
Keling towkay admit in the video that his bizness model sucks. Even if he sold 1000 vadai a day, he'll make a huge loss. And he's likely selling less than 1000 vadai a day.
