Ppl of all races move across border when and where they will freely. Most do it for economic reasons while others just for various reasons.
But the FTs that Sinkapore are getting are not those that do it for reasons that will benefit the locals there.
They are liken to groups of invading hordes that stuck up the benefts while the Sporns provide them with such benefits.
To put it simply. They are like having cancer in your body. Once these get it, they will not get out till the host dies.
Or they simply multiply and take over the entire body of the host and eithier the remaining local cells 'become like them' or die along and get replaced by them.
The fact is like cells, these local cells can't and would 'get outta of the host body'.
Sporns are doomed for sure.
