By yr 2050, Singapore faced an existential problem - 50% of the population are elderlies, 25% LGBTs made used of Liberal laws to marry same genders whom produces no kids, while only 25% were heterosexuals.
Revenues fell as the aged were not working & needed social welfare that came from the other 50%. Although the education budget had fallen, it was overtaken by healthcare & security concerns.
Thus legislators from both sides supported a White policy paper - APBP - an experimental one off Advance Population Boost Program.
Aim:- To produce 700,000 new citizens within 10 yrs.
Execution:-
1. 10,000 strong, virile, fertile & matured minded male citizen VOLUNTEERS between 21 to 23 yrs would be chosen to became fathers of kids, house husband & authorized to have max 7 wives each, to produce 7 kids per yr over 10 yrs.
2. The wives they had chosen would be employed by the State - govt institutions, Stat Boards, etc, & would be provided with avg salaries to support their families, with birth leaves, healthcare, subsidized education, childcare needs, & etc.
3. Each family - husband & 7 wives, would be provided with an ENTIRE floor the size of HDB flats, but pays only $300k with generous State loans. An HDB 3 room unit would be 70m2. 10 units on each floor would provide 30 bedrooms with some halls converted into rooms. Parents would each have a room, & kids can share 3 to a room.
4. By the time the kids grow up, 700,000 would contribute to societal needs, & each kid would earn at least an avg today's salary of $3000/mth, & out of filial piety, give $500/ to parents =$35,000/mth to live to their old age.
Note:- The insignificant nobody me humbly apologize to women whom may feel offended by this post, as seemingly misogynistic & unequal, but do be assured that it is based upon societal needs, realities & science.
A man with 7 wives would be capable of producing 7 kids per year+, & within the fertile period between 21 to 35yrs, would be able to produce safely 70 kids collectively from one man.
A woman with 7 husbands would only be capable of producing 10 kids in her lifetime, safely.
I MUST admit though, that the psychological effects of polygamous relationships are still little understood, but such had been proven to be able to be dealt with, such as the Japanese polygamous family had done.....
However, may such a day never come, as trusted & faithful monogamous relationships are still the best to live & love in the long journey of life...
