浣熊颱風可能形成！臉書粉書專頁「台灣颱風論壇｜天氣特急」今天下午發文表示，這兩天一直提到的熱帶低壓21W，發展得比預期好，日本氣象廳已發布烈風警報，「浣熊」颱風可能就快誕生。對台灣來說，雖然這個熱帶低壓直撲過來機率很低，但會帶來大量水氣，配合東北風，東北部、東部，週末容易下雨。
