Complete MRT breakdown on polling date to ensure that turn out is minimized. Low turnout guarantees PAP win.
Polling centres are located within walking distances for most electorate unless they had shifted recently and they had to vote at their previous constituency. A breakdown on cooling day can have a larger impact compared with a breakdown on polling day itself.
