Singapore situation is like Bangkok now. Bangkok sells marijuana which breaks Singapore law.
Now Singapore offers casino services which break China law

In China, gambling is a crime except in Macao.

In Singapore, recreational gambling in legalized outlets by both locals & foreigners is not a crime, let alone visiting a Casino with no intention of gambling. Furthermore, taking videos or photos INSIDE a Casino is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

In S.E Asia & even the World, there are many Chinese, by hundreds of million, whom are NOT China citizens. So how does a 'PRC China citizen' looks like?

Reword it to 中国人与狗不得入内.

Remember to use simplified Chinese so there is no ambiguity regarding the intended audience.

U can take photo at the casino entrance. Further sharing crime information with China government is not a crime
