This multi-millionnaire ministers culture was started by GCT. This super GRC culture to ensure no-contest sure-win culture was also started by GCT. This link upgrading to vote culture was also started by GCT. This election time payout package culture was also started by GCT. This 1/4 to 1/3 foreign workforce culture was also started by GCT. IMHO, he's the worst PM that Singapore has ever had. But give it to him, he's a good politician, he somehow got away with it without the blames.
