Biden can't do it because it will involve Russia.
Russia knows that when Iran is taken down, their bases and influence disappears from the mideast. Then poof goes BRICS and eventually Russia and china itself.
So no. USA will take out token targets but nothing more than that. Meanwhile Iran will slowly take out illegal american bases which are in the mideast
