I can see still quite a number of PAP supporters among my friends on Facebook based on the "likes" of LHL, Ho ching and other PAP MP posts.
Most of the ground still with PAP. Part of my grassroots work involves reminding sinkies regularly that without PAP, Singapore will collapse and become some Third World shithole. Without PAP and grassroots, none of their upgrading will be approved. They vote for opposition, all they will get are a bunch lame-duck MPs while most of the town improvement funding power rests with people like me in the CCCs.
"Like" for a public figure on Facebook does not necessarily mean you actually like that person. Some people "like" to be updated on the nonsense that person is spewing, so that unfavourable comments can be posted . Others may choose "Follow".
No I am referring to liking of these people's posts, not just liking of the page or follow for updates. Through these posts that my friends like, i got a glimpse of what LHL etc have been posting on their Facebook too.
Well then, your friends are still not enlightened. Time for you to get to work!

The facts you have listed don't matter. You should know people will believe what they want to believe in, facts or no facts. The more wild the allegations, the more the people love to believe. Tell you don't believe without facts and will you stop believing these allegations? So why expect PAP supporters to behave otherwise?
They have their own facts of past success by PAP. And they believe the allegations on opposition politicians and suspect the quality, choose to believe in PAP politicians quality and grateful to LKY their founding father. I tell them to stop believing and they will stop believing?
Maybe you have not discussed politics with friends/colleagues/family/relatives before. It is highly divisive to discuss politics when people are from opposite camp. May even lose a friend.
It is becoming a tsumani
Perhaps not a tsunami, but there will be some shift, mainly because of overcrowding and cost of living.
