How do I replace SingTel Broadband fibre optic cable and/or power cable if they are cut and/or damaged?

I called SingTel technical support and they said they are not sure if I will need to pay to replace SingTel Broadband fibre optic cable and/or power cable if they are cut and/or damaged since the SingTel technical support are basically Filipinos who don’t live in Singapore and don’t even know where Changi is.

They told me that if I am short on time and money, I should go buy the fibre optic cable and/or power cable at an external shop outside SingTel.

Any recommendations for such hardware shops in Singapore which are cheap & good?

Just call 1688 and complain that the ont box is not working. They will send a technician to repair/replace.
