because facebook.owner is pap fren?

Facebook can hardly be held liable for the criminal activity that may occur on its platform.

It would be like blaming Samsung for allowing their phones to be used by scammers.

It's a valid concern you've raised regarding scammers using Facebook ads. Facebook has implemented measures to combat such scams, but it's essential to stay cautious and report suspicious activity. The issue might also involve complex legal and jurisdictional matters.
On another note, if you're interested in online security and digital assets, you might want to explore the option to buy YouTube account for sale. This can be a valuable resource for those looking to grow their online presence.
Feel free to share more insights or experiences regarding online security, and the community can benefit from your perspective.
