GM deserved its failure...why? because they killed the electric car, despite being the pioneer of it.

if they had the electric car ready by 2008 during the oil crisis, they would have received so many orders that their coffers will be filled with cash.

but no thanks to oil co, who had interests in the co diverted, now then they are suffering because of cash flow problems, but they won't die just yet, Federal govt. will inject cash into the co, hopefully they'll wake up their idea and accelerate the development and mass produce VOLT, streamline their operations, and see profit going back up again.

otherwise, their funeral is only being delayed.
