99% of all bicycle frames are made in Taiwan/China and that includes the top of the range carbon frames.

95% of all bicycles use Shimano components and these are made all over the world Singapore included.

Surprised that even expensive bicycles are being made in China because always thought these expensive bikes were made by craftsman & not cheap labor.

Specialized, Trek, Cannondale all have them frames made in China and Taiwan, and most of their models assembled there as well. American labour is just too expensive and not necessarily better.
