Firefighters in Brazil worked to try and contain a raging wildfire in the Brasilia National Park on Friday.
The blaze is believed to have started the day before and spread quickly due to strong winds and dry weather.
According to local media, some 50 soldiers have joined efforts to fight the fire, which destroyed an area equivalent to dozens of soccer fields.
Despite lingering flames, authorities believe the fire has been brought under control.
