Review sought for ICA decision to not renew her social visit pass

A FALUNGONG practitioner, who was told to return to China after being in Singapore for four years, has asked the High Court to review the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority's (ICA's) decision.
Madam Cui Erqin, 45, claimed in court documents filed that the ICA's sudden move against her was not justified.
She added that its decision not to renew her social visit pass was triggered by her detention on Aug 13 for her role in a demonstration that took place during the Youth Olympic Games in August.
