hey bro, not only happen in spore, fr auckland to wellington, there are plenty of prc violated the imigrations rules by having stundent visa but infact they are working here, using fake prc driving license to obtain nz full license n produce lots of fake skill certificate but work as slave labour, some graduated fr massey or victoria, cant even get a proper jobs as graduate! a 6 mth student visa thru agent cost nzd2200.

the credibility of these 'external degree' is at stake even one has gone through the proper study process and examinations. there are ocassions that holders of these degrees come for interview for jobs like admin assistant, store-keeper, accounts assistant... and from the way they present themselves, i think the degree would had been a piece of paper only.
In this case it was vietnamese. Its ridiculous how easily private schools can get a license to operate in Singapore. All Australian degrees are suspect!
