Interesting scenario. Interpretation can be two (assume sadness or unhappiness of girl is not due to some death in family, close relative/friend, etc) :

1 If this is really sadplumgirl, how can a guy tahan a partner showing emotions every now and then. Have to molly doddly her every now and then. Must be very tiring. One day he will explode and just walk off, end of putting up with such antics and tantrums;

2 If this girl really has Down's syndrome, then did guy (who appears normal) take advantage of her low IQ?

Scenario sets one wondering. Whoever took video is not kaypoh, but, one should be aware of abnormal social settings around us and render help if needed. If pay attention long enough on the couple, usually can tell if anything is out of usual.
