TIME IS RUNNING OUT – JESUS IS COMING

What in the world is going on?

In the message below, I am going to share with you several Bible passages (Matthew 24:6-7; Matthew 24:37-39; Mark 13:7-10, Luke 17:28-29 and 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18) which prayerfully can answer the question: What in the world is going on?

In these passages, Jesus was responding to his disciples who asked Him what are the signs of His coming. Jesus then told the disciples that His coming will be preceded several catastrophic signs. In addition to sectorial, regional and international political chaos, Jesus also mentioned there will be great human sufferings due to pestilences (oh yes – Covid19), famines, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, wildfires, droughts, hurricanes and not to mention widespread crimes, sexual perversion plus every other kind of human perversions we all can think of. Our new media is never run out of such news so much so that many of these went unreported and only worst got into the news media. We are now so immune to these eschatological news that no one is talking about it.

For us as born-again Christians, we should not be surprised. Rather we should expect it because Jesus has already told to us two thousand years’ ago. In fact, these eschatological events are going to get more intense and the greater the intensity the closer we are to the return of our Lord Jesus to catch us up in the air as told by Apostle Paul in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18:

For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.

As born-again Christians, we are told to bring Good News to other people, so let us do a little of our part to obey and share God’s Good News to the world. We can share God’s Good News through personal evangelism, using the internet tools or mobile apps.

May God Bless you the reading of this message.
