In any case, AWARE Manual should incorporate existing laws into it, and not just what MOE says about family values. MOE knows shit about family values. The day it outsourced sex education was the day it gave up its rights to comment. In this regard, the law totally assumes that the sexual intercourse is between heterosexuals. There is no way anal sex can lead to sexual intercourse if it is done between homosexuals.
