If there is self-control and discipline, no temptation will make a person do foolish things. To blame it on temptation is discounting the responsibility of self-control and self-discipline.

It is the same logic certain religious group uses to put the blame on the raped victim for tempting the culprit to rape the victim. Such reasoning is absurd and idiotic.

If that person has any brain to begin with, he should think of his family members and loved ones first and should not do stupid things to make them sad. Blaming on outside factors just because of his stupidity is trying to discount his responsibility.

i am amazed at the size of wager from aunties and uncles queueing patiently in singaporepools outlets.

has anyone noticed the long queues? it's even longer when they advertised about the rolling jackpot of TOTO and certain "hot" betting centres are packed with eager punters who are mostly the senior folks.
