Biker falls after collision with cyclist who ran red light

A cyclist ran a red light, causing a motorcyclist to crash into him. After pausing for a few seconds, the cyclist then nonchalantly pedaled away, not even bothering to help the biker to his feet.

From the video, it is clear the cyclist does not have right of way as he rides off, as the lights are red for his direction.

Surprisingly, the cyclist managed to stay on his bicycle after the collision, while the biker and his pillion rider are sent tumbling to the ground.

Passers-by are later seen assisting the biker as the cyclist rides off.

i think the motorcycle perform emergency brake, since they do not have ABS, only BMW have it.
that is why they fall off.

No ID or licence plate. seem alot of useless MPs talking throught their asss.

Even if can sue also no use if they have no money to pay, need insurance company to have guarantee of payout. The worst at risk is pedestrian hit by cyclist. Govt is encouraging people to use bicycle but not coming out with any rules and protection policy. Another slipshod implementation to ease load on public transport.

no point catching these cyclist, they have no money , no insurance, no nothing. so does not matter if bicycle have ID or licence plate. Those cyclist which look like tour de france cyclist with thousands dollars racers, they probably respect traffic rule.

Bike confiscate for more serious offence like beating taffic lights. law enforce by plains clothes ploiceman on bicycles or motorbike cops. cannot run.

There are 2 type of Cyclists One with expensive bike mostly oeyed Red light
reason is simple their bike is Light and expensive cant afford to fall!!

The other is the AH Peh bike "ta ka chia" they are Not Considered Cyclists,

Yes I believe registration of bicycle, licensing of cyclist, make them pay for road tax and insurance and coupled with fines for not obeying rules will be very effective too.
