COE bidding: Do you want to bid yourself or let the agent bid for you?

The latest news reports that the government rejects the publics desire to forbid agents to do the bidding for COEs. Personally, what is your opinion? Which way would you want it?

I think this is a no brainer. Why would anyone prefer the agent to book on behalf?? The agents practically control the market this way. I say, cut the agents off completely.
Instead on introducing complicated loan structures, why not just let customers bid and pay for COEs themselves and no loan allowed. The actual car price (w/o COE) should then be eligible for 100% financing.

Is free market dont like it can bid yourself. Others prefer agent to bid for them because confirm get car with agree price.
