I think TS is trying to point out that it the interviewee had erroneously mentioned "Victoria Secondary School" instead of the correct "Victoria School", hence the reference to "Raffles Secondary School" instead of "Raffles Institution".

TS should be a VS alumnus coz we had always been quite particular whenever the word "Secondary" is wrongly added to our proud school name.
