this is all bullshyt,when i was working at MBS i saw a license on the wall issued by NEA to the particular kitchen,at the bottom of the license stated the cost which was $120....why is a casino being charged the same price as a poor destitute tissue paper beggar?what function does a casino high roller have in common with tissue paper aunties?
basically its all bureaucracy and bullshyt,the licenses had no meaning,they charged anyone and everyone who was that piece of certificate saying NEA blah blah blah $120.....they didnt care what reason the party wanted it or what is it issued for.....at the end of the day the poor tissue sellers are just another victim of beaureacracy and government red tape.
Next, there should be warnings issued to foreigners. It is time to let foreigners know that they are not welcome here and there are consequences if they choose to stay. The government wants them but the people don't want them here.
