I was there briefly! Remember looking at the beautiful ocean there. Thanks to my Russian counterpart asking the French counterpart to bring us there for a short visit from another town that we were having meeting. One of my good memories in life. Nice!

Biarritz, an elegant seaside town on southwestern France's Basque coast, is fronted by its Grande Plage, a huge beach overlooked by plush hotels, casinos, and some excellent restaurants.
That was the first time I got ocean view hahaha
I know one at Hossegor France where our meeting was held. Angmoh the best two decades ago already no issue with such beach while you criminal bully dog still making it an issue and using it to harass others. No wonder Angmoh the best.
Btw that hossegor beach and resort looked and felt like Malaysia beach and resort. I remember the Malaysian Malay counterpart said so too and she disappeared with her husband and child and did not attend the meeting after first day morning. Must have gone to enjoy themselves at famous Biarritz.
Still remember the nice French food and wine at the meeting. First time used dryer at the resort too. The French there are very nice people and advanced too although resort looked and felt like Malaysia. All my good memories thanks to Angmoh the best usa and European counterparts coming up with such good meetings!
A place can look and feel the same but it’s the people that made the difference indeed.
Not like pretentious hypocrites here acting righteous while persecuting women using black pink nipples comment indeed.

Actually it’s more than a quarter century ago ie three decades ago. Angmoh the best are sure advanced.
