厲害了，我的「抖王」阿扁！

阿扁拇指一秒鐘抖6.6下，堪稱「抖王」。我們絕對不要懷疑病人的症狀是假裝的，更不要恥笑病人難堪的症狀。這是文明人的基本修養。我們倒可以檢視那些從言詞到行動運用阿扁元素擷取政治利益的政治人物，照照他們的樣態，探探他們的用心，再評評他們的得失。
最新親近「抖王」以自重並撈取政治利益的是柯文哲。誰敢懷疑他的動機？當年如果不是他以醫療小組召集人身分斷定阿扁「隨時會死掉」，嚇壞馬英九總統，阿扁哪有保外就醫的好康？儘管他曾經不小心說漏嘴，洩了阿扁最初是裝病的底，傷透阿扁及其支持者的心，他還是最有資格親近阿扁並借題發揮的政治人物，畢竟他以墨綠加台大醫師的身分一路照應阿扁，沒人敢說三道四。
於他而言，阿扁真好用。用途之一是他確認阿扁病情依舊嚴重，仍須保外就醫，憑他的醫療權威，誰能挑戰？這樣足可讓阿扁繼續在外逍遙。阿扁對柯參選總統則有大用，他保住阿扁這個台獨與深綠的教主，足可讓他浸染濃得化不開的綠色。有這個護身符保平安，難怪他出席阿扁新書發表會致詞，談到陳水扁在獄中遭遇時一度哽咽，說他當市長後不喜歡跟前總統馬英九交往，因為馬英九不是污辱陳水扁，是在「污辱台灣人」。他還為阿扁的特赦留下解套之道：「台灣很多仇恨還是要放下。給（陳水扁）公平的歷史評價，錢到底怎麼回事、法律上該交代的交代、政治事件無法純粹用法律解決；政治問題、政治解決，就勇敢把它解決掉。」
是這樣嗎？阿扁繫獄明明是在總統職位時即啟動調查的，至於收不收押、是否判刑，完全是司法審理過程中的獨立為之，豈是馬英九「污辱台灣人」的作為？應該是因為貪污、洗錢而臭名滿天下的阿扁污辱了台灣吧？至於特赦問題，基本上屬於司法層面，而非政治問題，何況特赦才是用政治處理，使得司法問題成為政治問題，柯文哲把貪污問題定性為政治問題，難道不是想為政治處理開綠燈？所以，柯文哲是利用阿扁來深入綠營基本群眾中，為他拉攏深綠與獨派選民留下資本，也藉此為「兩岸一家親」失歡於綠色選民尋求補償。難保他未來參選總統時，若與民進黨候選人選的難分高下，跟阿扁的深厚關係也許可以使他成為引導棄保效應的贏家。
柯文哲選總統如果對上的是蔡英文，他的阿扁牌就更有用了。蔡英文綠的不夠深、獨的不夠明，並非深綠與獨派的首選。柯文哲有扁加持，可以跟蔡英文在這個群體中一搏高下，不無因而獲得勝出機會；如果發生棄保，他撿到便宜的機會更大。如果他對上賴清德，這位公然主張特赦阿扁的「台獨金孫」，和阿扁又有台南的同鄉之誼，柯P所能從阿扁身上擠出的紅利較少，但蹭阿扁的好處還是聊勝於無的。無論如何，明年大選，「拉扁」vs.「打扁」不僅將再次成為藍綠攻防的重要議題，而只要是藍白綠三腳督，陳水扁就將成為綠白棄保的總舵手。
陳水扁對深綠群眾確有左右大局的能力。今年立委補選，靠著陳水扁的最終號令，才能拿下台南立委席次。這一結果也在告訴蔡英文「誰才是老大」？誰才在黨內「喊水會結凍」？不過，在民進黨總統初選過程中（如果有初選的話），由於是全民調，所以陳水扁可以提供一個區隔，讓民眾知道蔡英文和賴清德是有差別的，賴清德明白主張特赦阿扁，蔡英文則含糊其辭。就此而言，由於多數民眾不贊成特赦阿扁，所以等於阿扁對蔡英文給力。至於中監九彎十八拐屈從阿扁不回牢房的意志，並對他不准參與政治活動的禁令是一再坐視，何嘗不是因為蔡英文選情告急，期求獨派教主給她的關愛眼神，以免自己成為短命又跛腳的總統？
阿扁在外趴趴走，民進黨有人歡喜，有人傷腦筋。國民黨人則表面說要把阿扁關回去，其實心裡高興得很，恨不得阿扁繼續在獄外「職能治療」下去，永不回獄。因為阿扁之用大矣！他在外踩保外就醫的紅線越兇越好，這可坐實了蔡政府包庇他、縱容他，投鼠忌器，不敢把他關回去！他又是貪腐的活標本，只要他在眾人眼前晃動，就提醒人們民進黨有這麼一號大貪官，不要相信綠色執政就是清廉保證。這麼管用的政治提款機千萬不要撤掉。
何況阿扁意見多的很，三不五時教訓不特赦他的蔡英文，更要指點江山，吵鬧不休，讓民進黨政府及黨中央備受干擾與壓力。他還組織派系，積極運作，在黨內形成側翼，讓黨中央不敢對他置之不理。這個對民進黨不斷發揮干擾與掣肘作用的大咖，打著燈籠也找不到，何忍把他關回去？所以，把阿扁關回去的連署活動，作秀與造勢罷了，不必當真。
阿扁對於各黨與個別政治人物各有妙用，大家各取所需，所以率皆樂見他繼續遙遙獄外。儘管蔡政府繼續扈從阿扁，不啻與魔鬼交易，把他用為維繫政權的特效藥，但他確有如此大而普惠的利用價值，朝野各方都可從他身上提到款，套一句阿扁女兒陳幸妤說的話：「誰沒拿過我爸爸的錢？」既然如此，還是讓他繼續第19次、20次、21次、22次……展延保外就醫吧！
