Motorcyclists who park their bikes in a HDB multi-storey carpark in the Upper Boon Keng area have been getting their bikes vandalised.

In an effort to avoid the vandals, they have resorted to parking illegally but ended up getting fined by the town council.

These motorcyclists have been appealing to have their fines waived and some have refused to pay their fines.

The Moulmein-Kallang Town Council, which looks after the Upper Boon Keng area said that the cases of vandalism are being looked into.
