And can you tell me how does the rolling commission works? Your company's website did not explain. Is it also true that the rolling commission can be used to offset the flight tickets and hotel room? Ok, here are the general informations:

i) The membership is absolutely free. No annual subscription too. However, I wont guarantee that it will be free forever. All companies like to make profits. ii) Maybe this sort of service is still new in Singapore as we do not have casinos in the past. However, casino hospitality service has always been available to the rich and famous in places like Vegas, Macau, Monte Carlo and etc. We are bringing such service to anyone who likes the finer things in life and for gamers who like to be pampered and serve well when they are travelling for gaming. Yes, limousine service to pick you up from airport to hotel or anywhere else is just a basic service. Unique services can always be arranged and we will try our best to exeed to any request.

iii) We do not earn from any rollings. In fact, players earned the commission. The general rule of thumb is that our members have to roll their chips with our assigned junket. That is the only requirement. Every casinos have their own commission structure. It varies from one to another and also depending in which country. Most of the casinos, or I would say all casinos have junket service to attract regular big players. Perks are just one of the few, but most important thing is if you bet big, you must be able to win consistently. If not betting big, risk of losing big is also high.

That is why casinos are not afraid people who win. They are only afraid of people who don't step into casino.

If you go Genting, and you start betting on the table, the supervisor will take note of higher stakes. When you start placing $500 chips on table consistently, the supervisor will recommend you to upgrade your worldcard to silver card.

When you have silver card, you can go into International room (so-called VIP area). In this area, they have higher stake tables. Benefits of silver card is you get more discounts from F&B, room availability for Highland Hotel only for silver members. Priority booking of rooms. If you get Gold card or Platinum card, your priority will be even higher than silver member.

In the common casinos in Genting, your genting points will add up slowly. When you are in the tables in VIP room, as table stakes are higher, points given are more. If your stakes are very high, your card will be taken one side and your points will add up by few hundreds a day.

Also the supervisor will call you up to ask you go Genting, arranging free accommodations, free limousine. It's all part of the package. Some of the supervisors if buddy buddy with you, can arrange for girls.

All these "perks, rewards" comes only when you start to bet big. We all see the good, but as patrons, we just have to be a bit more careful on money management. Bet within means. :o

But I do agree that money management is very important too. I think becoming such a member is good because I get to be treated well and if I do win at the end of the day, all the perks are like bonuses. Getting complimentary rooms come in 2 ways. The first type is getting it free when you are a very high rollers (big players). Another way is to have your rollings offset the rooms. Usually rolling requirements varies from one casino to another. And also depending on wat type of rooms. So it's hard for me to give a clear indication.

Bro Mebirdie is right. The requirement in Macau is about SGD 30k to 50k rolling.
