Why do singaporeans like to laugh at other nationalities? Are we suffering from some sick mental disease?

i have thought about it, it's natural instinct that we laugh at people, even from other races. in our multi-racial society, we need this kind of teasing to grow stronger, we know in ourselves that we mean no harm, it's a mean of bonding with others. when people fight(not referring to war, can be quarrel or bickering), their bonding for another grow stronger. the worst kind of people in this world are those who keep to themselves, normally, these category of people are the most dangerous! just my 2 cents hor, don;t be serious, okay...
