Muslims offer Friday prayers during the holy month of Ramadan outside a mosque in Kolkata September 10, 2010. Hundreds of Muslims, after offering Friday prayers, protested against the plans by an obscure U.S. Protestant church leader Pastor Terry Jones to burn the Koran on the anniversary of the September 11 attacks, said Muslims.

Clearly this is a religion of vengeance and petty vendetta.

Devil, I dont agree with ur stmt. More often than not, Muslims are always at the receiving end. Tell me when was the last time a Muslim country invade a non Muslim country?

During your Great Muhammad time, and every country he conquered, he destroy the believe of others.

No. Only the idols were destroyed. The Christians still carry on their practices. Infact the Muslims were told to protect the unbelievers. Want me to quote fm the Quran?

And how about the Xtians themselves, the crusades?

the crusades are to stop the moslems from expanding their ottoman empire into europe.

this shows how much hatred and violence from this group of people when Mr Jones announced the koran burning day.

when they detonated other religions' statues in afghan, i don't see such hatred and violence response.

when they behead a cow's head and walk around parading their "trophy", i also don't see such hatred and violence anywhere else in the world.

when they crashed 2 planes into the twin tower, i see them celebrating in joy worldwide.

Btw, are you trying to quote this from the Holy Quran?
"And if any believe not in Allah and His Messenger, We have prepared, for those who reject Allah, a Blazing Fire!" -Quran 48:13

Also, of the 3 biggest religion in the world, only Muhammad encourage killing and going into war in the name of God. Jesus did not call his believers to take up arms to help him even when he was going to his grave and the Buddha advocate against killing of another life. That is why in today's world we see that only Muslim of Islam reacted so violently when their believe are questioned or challenged.

Well not one but several Arab countries did attack Israel several times. Although they lost all the wars, those should count as invading a non-Muslim country.

Today, Muslim terrorists are commiting various acts of terrorism against several non-Muslim countries. This also counts as invading a non Muslim countries.

Terry Jones, the head of the Dove World Outreach Center, withdrew his threat to set fire to 200 Korans after claiming an agreement had been reached to move the New York mosque. The imam responsible for the New York center, however, said there was no agreement.

Protesters burn effigies of U. S. President President Barack Obama and the Rev. Terry Jones during a rally to condemn the intention of Jones' small American church to burn copies of the Quran, in Multan, Pakistan on Friday, Sept. 10, 2010. Christians were protected because Muhammad deem himself as the last prophet of "Christian" God, the lineage of Jesus.

If indeed this the truth , don't think any Muslim will agree on this.

Also, of the 3 biggest religion in the world, only Muhammad encourage killing and going into war in the name of God. Jesus did not call his believers to take up arms to help him even when he was going to his grave and the Buddha advocate against killing of another life. Totally agreed on this.
There's NO Christian jihad or Buddhist jihad , that's for sure !

So , Jones not really burning the holy text ? Publicity gimmick ?
What are they gonna do with the holy text ? Donate to some mosque ?
Maybe he was really afraid he may burn in Hell.

There’s Another Koran Burning Planned For 9/11
September 9th, 2010

bookbrning.jpg

While Barack Obama and Sarah Palin have publicly condemned the much publicized burning of Korans planned by Rev. Terry Jones on September 11th, there appears to be another Southern Minister to join into the book burning action, perhaps also looking to get a bit if the publicity as well. Rev. Bob Old of Springfield, Tennessee seems to think setting fire to a Koran at his home seems to be a good idea.
Rev. Bob Old of Springfield, Tenn., doesn’t care what they think.

The longtime Baptist minister says the Rev. Terry Jones of the Dove World Center Outreach in Gainesville, Fla., is doing the right thing by burning the Quran. So he’s going to do likewise.

Old plans to set fire to a Quran on Saturday at his home and then post a video of the burning book online. And if he had his way, there would be no Muslims in America.

“If they want to have their religion, they can have it somewhere else,” said Old, former pastor of First Baptist Church in Joelton and Academy Heights Baptist Church in Gallatin, which merged with another church. He no longer has a congregation and instead runs an evangelical ministry called Disciples of Christ.
