Just happened to be at that place at that time with a camera. lol
First, he started to challenge the officers.
Then he tried to escape but was unsuccessful.
The officers were putting on pants for him despite his constant resistance and he crowed like a bird. ><
He seems to be repenting and praying to the officers after being cuffed.
Don't know how he got agitated again and started resisting arrest.
Escorted into the police vehicle. My guess is that the white clothed man on the right is the senior inspector.
Still kicking tantrums inside the saloon.
Vehicle leaves the scene which by now had a huge crowd of onlookers. Many onlookers were roped in by the trishaw riders who operate in the area. -_-"
