Overheard this morning at my fav BaKut Teh store.

There was this big quarrel at Plaza Singapoura between a PRC couple and a local couple.

PRC man to Local couple: You Singaporeans are chu tows (pig heads). Everything your garment says all of you believe. Dare not to question, dare not ask why, just like pigs keeping quiet when led to be slaughtered. If all of you are not pigs what are you?

Local couple: ...ah...ah.....ah (lost their tongues)

PRC woman: We come from a COMMUNIST country. Yet we have more freedom as individuals than you people. We dare to question. We dare to oppose. We dare to go on strike. You people?

Local couple: ...ah...ah.....ah

I DON'T KNOW WHETHER TO LAUGH OR CRY AT SUCH SCENARIOS WHERE FTs REALLY LOOK DOWN ON SINGAPOREANS; and with GOOD reasons too.

They have already protested at MOM in the hundreds as well as outside their embassy in Singapore. Have you forgotten? Happened in the last 2 years.

There are at least 1 million of them in Singapore currently. If things do not go their way, they WILL protest.

These people really have GUTs or they have nothing more to lose.

If that's the case, why dont we just sit back and let them "lead" us? They may well be the ones to lead a new path out of this darkness into a new glorious free world. Let's put our legs on the table and see how far their bravado and antics bring them, and how the mighty PAP bows to these commie peasant hot shits. We'll harvest without doing the backbreaking toil.

Wrote in this forum when the PRCs had their protest at MOM at at their embassy then that these people will one day lead the way in Singapore.

That is why our poodles seldom want to have anything to do with the PRCs. Can you imagine if they protested at our embassy in China? Finish!

Yalor. Protest at MOM nothing great. Those in MOM are just civil serpents. They will not trouble themselves to call police or arrest these protesters.

If these PRCs have seeds, females excused, go to Istana or Oxley Road and demand their rights la. Esle only BS and talk big only.

How many PRCs been arrested and never to be seen again, or executed without trial? Nobody knows.

PRCs can debate public issues/policies on TV and internet. There are TV programmes for such debates and also programs to expose all the con jobs / Illegal stuff and inefficiencies both in public/goverment agencies. They can challenge the government but cannot "attack" them.

Protest is another thing. The Chinese goverment will not allow protests in major cities like BJ and SH which will disrupt the "harmonious society". And in smaller cities, god knows what will happen to you after that. They also have similar "Meet the MP" sessions to complain but whether it is effective is another matter altogether.

It is not easy or even possible to compare 2 totally different countries in terms of size and system so there is no point debating. But just rememeber one thing when you meet these PRCs - If China is as good as they say, what the fark are they doing in Singapore?

Then, it was vastly different. Both sides - the Chinese govt& the demonstrators - were playing to a world gallery,there were cameras, youtube, foreign media, these made the demonstrators more garang because they thought that the auths would not come down hard. The CCP made a big error - they waited too long.

Deng shld have taken a leaf from that old hand at such things, Lau Lee..make mass arrests and detain them w/o trial for 30 years or send them to Siberia. Once out of the limelights, these PRC retards would be nothing, and begging for their mercy, freedom and lives.
