Almost everything Npark does is free to public. There is little revenue concern in this stat board. All the public parks are bleeding cash since decades ago.

There was this piece of story which mentioned that when the Singapore Flyer first opened for business, it was spinning one direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise, can't remember), and one fengshui master deemed it to be detrimental to Singapore's prosperity. He somehow managed to persuade the operator to make the Flyer spin the other way.

2. Fine for any pest
3. Fine for damage tree from accident or whatever fault by other
4. Rent out park for any event eg, wedding........
5. Many more need to comply with N park rule eg. railing for drain, cover..............

Boss, you're picking bones in egg. Npark is a cost centre, never revenue. What npark earns is tiny relative to its expenditures. Look at botanical gardens alone, I bet the annual maintenance cost is at least $10 mil.

And I think it's in everyone's interest to keep npark a pure cost centre, unless you want the dragon son to have ideas?
