Grassroots activist Wendy Lim resigns from People's Action Party

Posted 15 Mar 2016 15:17

SINGAPORE: People's Action Party (PAP) member Wendy Lim, who is believed to have been involved in an extramarital affair with former Bukit Batok SMC MP David Ong, has "voluntarily resigned" from the party, a PAP spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday (Mar 15).

Ms Lim, who is the sales director of logistics firm Pacific Integrated Logistics, is currently on a leave of absence. The company addressed the media on Mar 14 and said it was a "private personal matter".

It was a "private personal indiscretionery matter".

...but the office and private life are separate matters.

The pappies may be dumb heads in certain areas of governance but the one cardinal rule passed down by LKY is still upheld, which is if you want to cheong outside marriage, you are not fit to be a pappies, and this is what makes sinapor an unique and morally upright country, unlike politicians in neighbouring countries who kept mistresses like collecting stamps.

Many people say it is a private affair if an MP has a extramarital affair but morally, it is wrong and politically, it invites honey trap of a foreign power. If a politician knows what is forbidden and what is allowable, he will not get into an extramarital affair.

Temptation gets in the way of many a hero. It takes more than just rules to restrain the sinful desires of even a noble man of leadership .

It's only in "pappy groupie world" that getting banged by someone like Ong becomes a perk.

It's worse for Michael and David because they had affairs with people from PA or their grassroots organization, which is like having an affair with a subordinate.

Yes that's the part that should be focused on . But PAP IB like Wunderfool are furiously shifting the attention to Wendy and husband - upping his thread on that many times within hour - instead of David.
