Downpours began late Monday afternoon in Beijing causing massive traffic disruption during rush hour on the first day back at school for many of the city’s students. And a total of 122 flights have been canceled at Beijing Capital International Airport due to the heavy rain, with 46 flights being delayed for over two hours as of early Tuesday morning.
