A method that works is a method that works, I want more opposition MPs in Parliament, at least 36 of them.
Or we could look at 93 PAP MPs and 12 NCMPs.
These are the only two parties that are of concern: WP and PSP.

If 93 seats go to PAP, I would imagine opposition from AJ-GRC/EC-GRC, WC-GRC/TP-GRC, HG-SMC, PGW-SMC to fill out the 12 NCMPs.

The PAP is likely to make a clean sweep of all the seats in parliament this round. If oppies are lucky, they may hold onto Hougang SMC by a razor thin margin. Our surveys indicate strongly for a 'flight to safety' vote by most sinkies. During this pandemic, sinkies see our grassroots leaders and advisers on the ground all the time, delivering face masks and food packets to the residents. No one has seen the oppies around.

We do not have enough young voters to vote enough opposition MPs into Parliament. Based on the voting rights, 93 seats plus 12 NCMPs, we need a total of 36 votes to wrestle the 2/3 majority of the PAP.
