The priority queue is probably the only reason to have a priority/priviledged/premier banking account with any bank.
Certainly not the relationship managers and the advice they provide.
The queue and waiting time are indeed shorter, but the quality of service is the same.

The best part is when people in the front of the queue have plenty of bank business, banking in wads of notes and bags full of coins. And just when the customer at the priority counter is about to finish, another priority customer pops in and gets served right away. The many glum faces become glummer.

All this would be less of a wait if queue numbers were handed out and customers -- both priority and regular customers -- can wait in seated comfort. Only a few bank branches have that facility.

sometimes I queued damned bloody long long until damned toolan
then you see an empty priority queue
once I asked the officer how to get the priority queue
one million solid private banking or deposit
just like business or first class boarding plane
one million cash deposit give priorities in many places
got special privileges at airport and even given free limo services
yes it's great to be rich in Singapore
that's why Singapore has so many millionaires
all priority people...you poor you queue and queue until you collapse...

Something must be very wrong with you if you expect a business to treat a customer who gives it, say, a million dollar business to a customer who does not give it any business the exact same way.
