telok blangah rise also many old school hawkers, but for some reason its not popular unlike the one at crescent

i always go there for meals whenever nearby

That's probably because the blocks there are old, giving that place a very depressing vibe. This one I'm at is surrounded by new and tall blocks, all over 30 storeys or high.

No office nearby. The nearest is PSA which is a 20 mins walk. Lunchtime slightly more people niah.

Nighttime more people as residents will eat there.

No MRT stations nearby also right?

Nearest is Labrador MRT or Telok Blangah MRT, both about 15-20mins walk.
