Sylvia's picture in the parliament.gov.sg pages is quite pretty, probably is her picture taken when she was in the late 30s. Now she is 46 and looks like an auntie. It could be due to the fact she don't have enough sleep and also due to mother nature as ladies tend to age quickly after 40 due to declining hormone levels and menopause.
