Many say it is impressive, they will clean this , clean that , do this , do that, but on actual ground, things are different. Most PAP town councils and its cleaning contractors do not carry out what they promise on the schedules. If you people want to know the truth, just ask the residents where you live under the PAP TCs. It is time you people tell people to really take a look at your estate cleanliness and maintenance. Raising conservancy fees to clean and maintain you estate better or to raise salaries for the TC staff ?
We don’t know how to link this to integrity, but just check it out, it is real interesting, you will see many things not done by PAP TCs .
Ok, lets us talk about Hawker Center. Hawker Centesr in sinkapore is where food is cheaper than anywhere else in the world.
You know, hawker rents one stall at hawker center only at $300 to $500 compare to coffee shops ($3000 to $4000 per stall per month ).
Conversely, vendors at Coffee-shops can see food at $2 per plate. What about the vendors at Hawker Centers? They are selling food more expensive than those at coffee-shops , a joke right !
You know, many people say Hawkers at Hawker centers are rich people, they drive big cars, either live in condo or landed property. In short, Hawkers make big money when their rentals are so cheap but hawker food is expensive right ?
Are we looking at one small cup of sugar cane drink without ice at 50cts or at $1.50 ? No wonder we heard people say being Hawkers is good, degrees no use oredi right !

PAP humans better not just think about these millionaire vendors, sit down and really think for the people ---what is Hawker-center food ?
