So far quite disappointing. Developers, sellers still not depserate and no clear bargains available.

Sellers still have holding power and are reluctant to cut prices. Buyers on the other hand are waiting for market to come off further as financial crisis widens.

Agents seemed resigned. Only those with deep pockets can ride out the dull market for the next one or two years at least.

No chio agents give half ball today. All very well behaved.

The sellers are looking for buyers outside Singapore at least for the private market. Remember that Indian that bought the Sail's penthouse suite for 15 mil in less that 5 mins. There are loads of such buyers in India and Dubai with plenty of cash to spare. So you are right sellers aren't desperate.

Half ball? If you are looking for a cheap fuck there are plenty of PRC mei meis around. Prostitution is China's oldest and most successful business.
