Is there any insurance company already making an offer to cover a short and/or long term medical expenses or death due to Covid19 vaccination?

I wonder whether the insurance companies have any plans to adjust premiums accordingly for those vaccinated and unvaccinated against covid 19?

Or adjust coverage?

So far haven't heard anything from them.

But you can imagine that if the unvaccinated group becomes small enough, the insurance companies may come in and say they will no longer cover expenses related to covid 19 if the insured has not taken the vaccine?

No right or wrong here. Just saying this is a possibility. Ideally the insurance companies just keep status quo.
