Nowadays, only the top executives are on expatriate packages. And you would expect PAP to be "kinder" to these types. PAP doesn't care about those who are easily replaceable. 
Most of the ang mors based in sinkieland won’t be considered talents back in their home countries for sure. They must be dying from getting kicked out of their Asian vacations. Haha
Of course, top ang moh talents would have been tapped by their own countries to work in the government, or in their MNCs all over the world. They won't be scrimping for a typical salaryman's pay in SG.
Nowadays most expats in SG also counting their coins................ LOL....................
