SINGAPORE: There was drama at the courtroom as blogger Amos Yee was apparently struck in the face as he walked to the State Courts for a pre-trial conference on Thursday (Apr 30).
As Yee walked to the court house, a middle-aged man in a red shirt, wearing a cap, ran up to him and appeared to hit him, while shouting. The man then ran off.
Yee's father had accompanied him to court, but walked in a few minutes before Yee.
The 16-year-old was to attend a pre-trial conference at 3pm Thursday, after being charged with multiple offences on Mar 31, after posting a video which contained disparaging remarks against Christians.

In front of the Sub Courts (now renamed State Cocks)? Where is the Sinkie Polis? In a place where there should be lots of them they cannot catch the culprit? Farking useless rocket scientists will say the security cameras were all under maintenance at the relevant times, so cannot check to see who is the chowka!
MiniSTAR of Home Affairs, yet another overpaid rocket scientist, will ask Amos to file a magistrate's report because the slap did not result in any injury. In Sinkieland can suka suka assault people as long as you don't cause hurt (physical injury lah - damage to your ego is not the PAP's problem wor) or grevious hurt! So you pay tax for FUCK?
And where is the Sinkie Law Society in all of this? Can't comment on proposed legislation unless asked to do so by the Gahbrament is interpreted by their Council to mean can't comment on anything! Useless FUCKTARDS and these are their faces:

A practice direction issued by the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales in respect to Crown Court prosecutions of children requires that the “trial process should not itself expose the young defendant to avoidable intimidation, humiliation or distress. All possible steps should be taken to assist the young defendant to understand and participate in the proceedings. The ordinary trial process should so far as necessary be adapted to meet those ends.”... The Children and Young Persons Act 1933 requires that the welfare of the defendant should be regarded during any criminal proceedings,..... and the practice direction requires that breaks be frequently taken, that the formal court attire of robes and wigs not be worn, and that there be no recognizable police presence in court without good cause
